There are no rules to say you shouldn’t date while pregnant. Some women feel dating during pregnancy is inappropriate while others don’t see it as an issue. It is a personal preference. It is vital that you are totally honest with your date about being pregnant, which depending on which trimester you are in, it may be difficult to miss the fact that you are expecting. I don’t believe dating while pregnant is an issue at all. I got pregnant while single and carried on dating other guys without any issues at all.
I agree with the above that honesty is vital (although its obvious during the later stages). If it bothers the guy then its immediately obvious, if that’s the case move on to someone else as he won’t make a good partner.
Its really not a problem for attracting men, I had several guys interested in me while I was pregnant, some of which I did go out with and had a great time with. My ex lovingly cared for me when I was 9 months and gave me all the support I needed.
Also I discovered that there is no reason to feel awkward sexually. Again guys had no problem with the fact I was pregnant, in fact many found it a turn on and my sex life was extremely busy and pleasing.
My advice to pregnant, single women is don’t let it bother you. Just get out there, you’ll have no trouble finding a guy and having a fun, happy relationship. Just be honest, don’t waste time with guys that won’t support you and enjoy this part of your life.
